Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a 4-star hotel.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Tourism is recommended.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with hotel property management systems.
• Understands and can contribute to the organization’s strategic goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
