Position: Resort Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality in a similar executive role with strong knowledge and skills related to the position.
• Proven expertise in overseeing all hotel operations: FO, Housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in Sales, Business Development, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Good presentation, confident speaking skills, and guest service oriented.
• Will consider both foreign and Indonesian candidates.
