Qualifications:

• Experience in delivering recreational activities (land and sea) in a resort setting.
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality with excellent guest engagement skills.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, or as a fitness instructor is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Safety-conscious and responsible.
