Position: DUTY MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same roles.
- Passionate person, excellent in interpersonal, leadership, communication and time management.
- Provide overall management support in the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, service quality, security, and smooth operations, with a focus on front office activities.
- Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
