Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Backstage
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent operational knowledge of F&B service standards and procedures.
