Position: Revenue Manager (Pre-Opening Team)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Pre-opening experience, including setting up rate structures and strategies, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, pricing, and inventory management.
• Proficient with Marriott’s revenue management systems (or similar).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
