Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen position in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards (HACCP).

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
