Position: Guest Relations Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position with knowledge of hotel management software & system.
- Good leadership, highly responsible, reliable and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
