Position: Director of Finance
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Align the resort’s financial strategy with business growth objectives, providing insightful analysis and reporting to executives and investors.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and IFRS/GAAP reporting standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage financial modeling, ERP systems, cash flow, and financial risk to ensure the resort’s fiscal health.
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizenship.
- Degree in finance or business preferred.
- Has 8-10 years of experience aligning financial strategy with business growth.
- Extensive experience in hotel or resort finance, budgeting, and deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial modeling, ERP systems, and IFRS/GAAP reporting.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with executives and investors.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
