Position: Director of Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Align the resort’s financial strategy with business growth objectives, providing insightful analysis and reporting to executives and investors.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and IFRS/GAAP reporting standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Manage financial modeling, ERP systems, cash flow, and financial risk to ensure the resort’s fiscal health.

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizenship.
  • Degree in finance or business preferred.
  • Has 8-10 years of experience aligning financial strategy with business growth.
  • Extensive experience in hotel or resort finance, budgeting, and deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, ERP systems, and IFRS/GAAP reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with executives and investors.
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
