Position: Engineering Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Engineer and engineering department
- Manage engineering schedules, work orders, and documentation
- Handle correspondence and communication with vendors and contractors
- Maintain filing systems and engineering records
- Assist in procurement and inventory tracking for the department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in engineering
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Conversational English is required
- Passionate, detailed, self driven and able to deliver a high level of service
