Position: Engineering Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Engineer and engineering department
  • Manage engineering schedules, work orders, and documentation
  • Handle correspondence and communication with vendors and contractors
  • Maintain filing systems and engineering records
  • Assist in procurement and inventory tracking for the department

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in engineering
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Conversational English is required
  • Passionate, detailed, self driven and able to deliver a high level of service
