Position: Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation under the supervision of senior chefs
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and prepared according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas
- Support the team during service by replenishing ingredients and assisting plating
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries
Qualifications:
- Eager to learn and possess a hands-on attitude
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Good team player with effective communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
