Position: Head Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Create innovative menus that align with the hotel’s lifestyle concept.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor the culinary team.
- Collaborate with management on food promotions and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a lifestyle hotel or restaurant.
- Creative culinary skills with a strong portfolio.
- Leadership ability to manage a busy kitchen.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for food trends and quality ingredients.
