Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Executive Sous Chef in luxury hotels
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine
- Leadership ability to manage and train the kitchen team
- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences
