Position: Director of Sales & Distribution
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and distribution strategies to maximize revenue
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and market share
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and distribution channels
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee the distribution budget and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the same position for 5 stars hotels
- Strong local and international network and knowledge
- Broad experience in all aspects of sales & distribution
- Chain hotel experience is preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking
