Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (at ARYADUTA Country Club)

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team to ensure that all members, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the Club cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • This role involves supervising staff, coordinating housekeeping operations, and ensuring exceptional service levels to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent management skills to ensure housekeeping operations run efficiently.
  • Female & Public Area experiences preferred.
  • The position is only available for Indonesian citizens.
