Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (at ARYADUTA Country Club)
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team to ensure that all members, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the Club cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- This role involves supervising staff, coordinating housekeeping operations, and ensuring exceptional service levels to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent management skills to ensure housekeeping operations run efficiently.
- Female & Public Area experiences preferred.
- The position is only available for Indonesian citizens.
