Position: Housekeeping Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Housekeeping management role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Experience in managing budgets, inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
