Position: Laundry Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Laundry and Valet operation for the resort.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for washing, drying, folding, and issuing linen and uniforms.
- Manage the departmental budget, chemical inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the highest quality of linen care and minimal damage to resort assets.
- Lead and train the Laundry team on safety and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laundry Manager in a large 5-star hotel or resort.
- Expert knowledge of commercial laundry machinery, chemical dosing, and fabric care.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and cost control skills.
- Familiarity with environmental best practices in water and energy usage for Laundry.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for equipment and linen quality issues.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to manage a high-volume operation for the luxury Anyer resort.
