Position: Gardener
Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening tasks, including planting, watering, weeding, and pruning of resort landscaping.
- Maintain the health and aesthetic appeal of all resort gardens, plants, and greenery.
- Operate gardening tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Implement landscaping plans and ensure the external areas reflect the 5-star standard.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the outdoor areas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a professional Gardener, preferably in a hotel or large property.
- Strong practical knowledge of tropical plants, soil management, and pest control in Banten.
- Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.
- Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards of outdoor aesthetic.
- Basic communication skills for coordination with the Engineering team.
- Willingness to ensure the visual impact of the Anyer resort’s exterior.
