Position: Laundry SPV
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of the Laundry department (washing, pressing, folding, uniform room).
- Ensure the team operates the machinery safely and follows all fabric care instructions.
- Conduct quality checks on all outgoing linen and guest garments.
- Assist the manager in chemical stock control and inventory management.
- Train new Laundry Attendants on proper procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Laundry Supervisor or senior technician.
- Strong operational knowledge of commercial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment.
- Proven ability to lead a small team and manage a high workload efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in linen quality.
- Basic knowledge of chemical properties and safe handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with the Linen Room.
- Willingness to support the efficient back-of-house operation in Banten.
