Position: Chef de Cuisine – Colony Bistro
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations for Colony Bistro.
- Develop and execute creative menus featuring high-quality Western and Asian cuisine.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen in compliance with all health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Western & Asian Cuisine.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef is required.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Creative flair for menu development and food presentation.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
- Ability to manage kitchen budgets and control food costs effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills under pressure.
