Position: Chef de Cuisine – Colony Bistro

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations for Colony Bistro.
• Develop and execute creative menus featuring high-quality Western and Asian cuisine.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen in compliance with all health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Western & Asian Cuisine.
• Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef is required.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Creative flair for menu development and food presentation.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Ability to manage kitchen budgets and control food costs effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills under pressure.
