Public Area Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the resort, including the lobby, corridors, restrooms, and restaurants.
• Ensure public areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries regarding public areas promptly.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in the same position.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Good English literacy, both spoken and written.
• Preferably a diploma holder a background in hospitality industry.
• High attention to cleanliness, details and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
