Public Area Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the resort, including the lobby, corridors, restrooms, and restaurants.
- Ensure public areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries regarding public areas promptly.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Good English literacy, both spoken and written.
- Preferably a diploma holder a background in hospitality industry.
- High attention to cleanliness, details and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
