Position: Spa Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Perform a diverse range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
- Conduct personalized guest consultations to recommend the most suitable treatments.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the spa treatment rooms and facilities.
- Uphold a deep understanding of spa products and confidently provide retail recommendations.
- Ensure every guest receives a memorable, relaxing, and rejuvenating spa experience.
Qualifications:
- Holding a valid certification from a recognized spa or beauty therapy institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or day spa.
- Expertise in various massage techniques (e.g., Balinese, Swedish, Deep Tissue) and other spa services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- A professional, warm, and caring demeanor.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
