Position: Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Perform a diverse range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
• Conduct personalized guest consultations to recommend the most suitable treatments.
• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the spa treatment rooms and facilities.
• Uphold a deep understanding of spa products and confidently provide retail recommendations.
• Ensure every guest receives a memorable, relaxing, and rejuvenating spa experience.

Qualifications:

• Holding a valid certification from a recognized spa or beauty therapy institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or day spa.
• Expertise in various massage techniques (e.g., Balinese, Swedish, Deep Tissue) and other spa services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
• A professional, warm, and caring demeanor.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
