Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory of cleaning supplies, and linen stock.
- Train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols throughout the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Proficient in budget management and inventory control.
