Position: Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, inventory of cleaning supplies, and linen stock.
• Train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols throughout the hotel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Proficient in budget management and inventory control.
