Position: Executive Housekeeper
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Housekeeping leadership role (e.g., Assistant Executive Housekeeper)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the entire housekeeping department
- In depth knowledge of cleaning standards, sanitation protocols, and inventory management
- A good personality, well groomed, hardworking, and disciplined
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a large team
- Budget management experience is highly preferred
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
