Position: Assistant Manager – Loyalty & Guest Experience

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in Guest Relations, Loyalty, or Front Office in a luxury hotel
  • In depth knowledge of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional, personalized service
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle guest feedback effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • A passion for creating memorable experiences for every guest
