Position: Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaking)
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 5 star hotel
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient with hotel PMS software
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and transactions efficiently
