Position: Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaking)

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 5 star hotel
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient with hotel PMS software
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and transactions efficiently
