Position: Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership potential and experience mentoring junior sales staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
  • Superior negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Established network of corporate or MICE clients in Jakarta is an advantage
