Position: Director of Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for all food and beverage operations.
- Lead and manage all F&B outlets, in-room dining, and extensive banquet operations.
- Control operational costs, manage budgets, and optimize profitability for the division.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage management team to uphold luxury service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior F&B leadership role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Proven track record of managing multiple F&B outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, training, and team development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, wine, and spirits.
- Exceptional communication and guest relations skills.
