Position: Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the housekeeping department of a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning standards, chemical handling, and laundry
- Proven leadership skills to assist in managing the housekeeping team
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness
- Experience in staff training and quality control
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in using hotel PMS and housekeeping software
