Position: IT Officer
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in an IT support or officer role.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, and software support.
- Experience with hospitality IT systems (PMS, POS) is an advantage.
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to provide timely technical assistance to all departments.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
