Position: IT Officer

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in an IT support or officer role.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, and software support.
• Experience with hospitality IT systems (PMS, POS) is an advantage.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
• Ability to provide timely technical assistance to all departments.
• Strong ability to motivate staff.
