Position: Cluster Assistant Director of Sales MICE
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Sales in managing the MICE segment for the cluster.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the MICE sales team, driving performance and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key MICE clients, event planners, and DMCs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the hotels at trade shows, roadshows, and client events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, specifically managing the MICE segment in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In depth knowledge of the Jakarta MICE market and existing client database.
- A results driven professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
