Position: Room Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of the RitzCarlton.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness of carts, linen closets, and equipment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a 4 or 5 star hotel is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Basic English communication skills.
- A team player with a professional and courteous demeanor.
