Position: Room Attendant

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards of the RitzCarlton.
  • Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of carts, linen closets, and equipment.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a 4 or 5 star hotel is preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • A team player with a professional and courteous demeanor.
