Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Handle guest relations, resolve any issues or complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support and supervise the Front Office team, assisting with check-ins and check-outs during peak times.
- Ensure all hotel safety, security, and service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Two year of experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Good English literacy, both spoken and written.
- Preferably a Diploma/Degree holder with a background in the hospitality industry.
- The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in daily hotel operations and guest relations.
- Experience in hospitality management will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
