Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
• Handle guest relations, resolve any issues or complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support and supervise the Front Office team, assisting with check-ins and check-outs during peak times.
• Ensure all hotel safety, security, and service standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Two year of experience in the same position.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Good English literacy, both spoken and written.
• Preferably a Diploma/Degree holder with a background in the hospitality industry.
• The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in daily hotel operations and guest relations.
• Experience in hospitality management will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
