Position: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the hotel’s sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE organizers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Proven experience in a senior hotel sales leadership role.
- Strong network within the Yogyakarta and Central Java market.
- Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
