Position: CHIEF STEWARD

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department.
• Manage and train all stewarding staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and control breakage of all F&B operating equipment.
• Ensure all kitchen and F&B areas are clean, sanitized, and organized, in compliance with HACCP.
• Manage the dishwashing process, ensuring efficiency and proper handling of equipment.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supervisory or chief stewarding role.
• In depth knowledge of hygiene and safety handling procedures.
• HACCP certification or equivalent food safety qualification.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Well versed in the Semarang market.
• Based in Semarang or willing to relocate.
