Position: Steward Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the stewarding team, ensuring all kitchens and F&B outlets are clean.
• Manage the inventory, storage, and maintenance of all chinaware, glassware, and silverware.
• Train staff on proper chemical handling, sanitation procedures, and equipment operation.
• Oversee the dishwashing process to ensure efficiency and hygiene standards are met.
• Assist in controlling departmental expenses, including chemicals and equipment breakage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a stewarding supervisory role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• In depth knowledge of HACCP, chemical handling, and food safety standards.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with the culinary and service teams.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent in English is an advantage.
