Position: Chief Steward

Responsibilities:

• Manage the stewarding department, including all cleaning and sanitation.
• Oversee the inventory, storage, and maintenance of all F&B equipment.
• Train and schedule stewarding staff.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and hotel hygiene standards.
• Control chemical usage and departmental budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel, preferably from lifestyle hotel.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Unique, creative and innovative.
• Strong leadership and highly committed.
• Driven, team player but able to work independently if needed.
