Position: Sales Manager Wedding

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract wedding and social event clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners and event organizers.
  • Conduct site inspections and present hotel facilities to potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the wedding segment.

Qualifications:

  • Has 2 years working experience at 4 or 5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above.
  • Well communication in English, both spoken and written.
  • Have a business and excellent service oriented attitude.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager specializing in weddings or social events in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong network of local wedding industry contacts in Jakarta.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Target driven and highly organized.
