Ibis Bandung Trans Studio is the largest Ibis hotel in Indonesia, strategically located within the integrated Trans Studio Bandung complex. Position: Asst. Restaurant & Banquet Manager
About the Role:
- Support the management of daily restaurant operations and banquet events.
- Supervise service staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and sales teams for banquet event execution.
- Train new staff on service standards and procedures.
- Manage restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and setup.
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Proven experience in F&B supervision, with specific experience in both restaurant and banquet operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events.
- Detail oriented with a focus on service excellence.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Fluent in English.
