Position: Front Office Host

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Agent or Guest Service Agent in a 5 star hotel or resort.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Well groomed, professional, and friendly personality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the guest check in and check out process in a personalized and efficient manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
• Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
