Position: Operations Supervisor (Amaris)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Amaris Hotel, ensuring efficiency in Front Office, Housekeeping, and other key areas.
- Lead and motivate the Amaris team to deliver excellent guest service in line with brand standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing operational budgets and controlling costs.
Qualifications:
- Relevant education background.
- Min 2 year experience in similar position.
- Good leadership.
- Good communication, positive attitude and able to work with team.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to join immediately.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
