Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies to maximize room revenue for the resort.
- Analyze market trends, competitor data, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions.
- Manage all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for room revenue.
- Oversee the Distribution Manager and reservations team to ensure strategies are executed correctly.
- Lead daily and weekly revenue meetings with the hotel’s senior leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably in a large resort with MICE facilities.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and forecasting skills.
- Expertise in hotel revenue management systems (RMS) and PMS (Opera preferred).
- In-depth understanding of distribution channels and market segmentation.
- Experience in a pre-opening environment is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
