Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies to maximize room revenue for the resort.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor data, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions.
  • Manage all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for room revenue.
  • Oversee the Distribution Manager and reservations team to ensure strategies are executed correctly.
  • Lead daily and weekly revenue meetings with the hotel’s senior leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably in a large resort with MICE facilities.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and forecasting skills.
  • Expertise in hotel revenue management systems (RMS) and PMS (Opera preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of distribution channels and market segmentation.
  • Experience in a pre-opening environment is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
