Position: Asst. Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all front desk, guest relations, and concierge operations.
- Lead and mentor the front office team, ensuring adherence to ARTOTEL’s unique service standards and procedures.
- Handle guest escalations and complex issues with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction and recovery.
- Manage room inventory, oversee upselling programs, and ensure accurate billing and financial controls.
- Conduct regular staff training, performance reviews, and manage departmental scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Office supervisory or management role, preferably in a 5-star or art-focused hotel.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or equivalent hotel management software.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours and remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for art, design, and delivering personalized guest experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
