Position: F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, including team guidance and service quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with all service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution to complaints.
  • Assist the manager in staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years experience in a similar supervisory F&B position at a 4- or 5-star property.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with a positive attitude.
  • Relevant education background in Hospitality or F&B Management.
