Position: Asst. Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solicit new corporate and MICE accounts, primarily targeting the Batam and regional market.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing local sales strategies and action plans.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings regularly.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a reputable hotel in Batam.
  • Strong network of corporate and MICE contacts in the Batam/Singapore/Malaysia region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Target-driven and highly organized.
