We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our sales and F&B operations, and enhance guest relations, particularly for our international clientele. Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically targeting corporate accounts and business travel within the Jababeka and Cikarang area.
  • Proactively solicit new corporate accounts and manage existing key client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets for room nights and MICE segments.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client entertainment.
  • Fluent in English.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a business hotel.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts in the Cikarang/Jababeka industrial area.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in sales management software.
  • Fluent in English.
