Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically targeting corporate accounts and business travel within the Jababeka and Cikarang area.
- Proactively solicit new corporate accounts and manage existing key client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets for room nights and MICE segments.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client entertainment.
- Fluent in English.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a business hotel.
- Strong network of corporate contacts in the Cikarang/Jababeka industrial area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in sales management software.
- Fluent in English.
