Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets across all market segments (Leisure, MICE, Weddings).
  • Actively source and secure new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and partners.
  • Represent the resort at international and domestic trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to develop attractive packages and promotions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a 5-star beach resort in Bali.
  • Strong network of contacts in key domestic and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Opera PMS and/or other sales management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Deep understanding of the Seminyak and greater Bali luxury hotel market.
