Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire operation of the resort’s signature restaurant, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Lead, train, and schedule the restaurant team, ensuring adherence to 5-star service standards at all times.
- Manage guest relations, handle feedback and complaints with professionalism, and strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Control operational costs, manage inventory, and optimize profitability in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency with POS systems and F&B inventory management software.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
