Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations and guest relations during the shift.
  • Handle guest complaints, emergencies, and ensure seamless coordination between all operational departments.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the Front Office and lobby area, maintaining high service standards.
  • Conduct shift briefings and prepare detailed handover reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in an efficient service hotel.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Fluent in English.
