Position: Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the hotel’s annual marketing and communications strategy, covering PR, digital marketing, and branding.
- Manage all social media channels, create engaging content, and oversee community management.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key partners in the Jakarta market.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, ensuring adherence to Gran Melia brand standards.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, managing the departmental budget effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Marketing Communication Manager role, preferably within a luxury hotel group in Jakarta.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, and public relations.
- Strong network of media and influencer contacts within Indonesia, particularly DKI Jakarta.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and budget management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
